Graduate Students
Graduate Writing Consultants
Graduate students are welcome to schedule an appointment or drop-in to meet with any research or writing consultant in the RWC. In addition, the are Graduate Writing Consultants (GWC) specifically designated to support graduate students in their professional development as writers and on their longer and more complex writing projects. To schedule an appointment with a GWC, go the RWC online schedule and select “Writing Consultation for Graduate Students” under consultation options. You can select whether to meet in person or online. If these appointment slots are full, we recommend joining the waiting list to be notified if there is a cancellation/opening on the GWC schedule or schedule an appointment with one of our other writing consultants.
If you are working on a longer writing project and would like to meet with a consultant over several different sessions, please contact Tyler Gardner, tyler_gardner@byu.edu, to schedule repeating appointments with the same consultant.
Multilingual Students
As with all students, ESL & multilingual students are welcome to drop in or schedule appointments at the RWC at any time. If you are looking for consistent writing support and additional resources, please contact Katie Watkins, katie_watkins@byu.edu.
